How to Connect Meta Lead Ads to LeadHub

When someone fills out a Lead Ad on Facebook or Instagram, their details will automatically appear in your LeadHub Contacts, tagged "Meta Ads" — no manual entry needed.

What you'll need before starting

An active Facebook Page for your business
Admin access to that Page
A Lead Ad campaign (or the ability to create one) — this integration only works with Meta's "Lead Generation" ad objective, not regular post boosts

Find your Facebook Page ID

Go to facebook.com and open your business Page
Click About in the left menu
Scroll down — your Page ID is listed near the bottom
Alternatively: go to business.facebook.com → Settings → Accounts → Pages → click your Page → the ID is shown at the top of that screen
Copy this number — you'll paste it into LeadHub's Integrations page

Generate a Page Access Token

Go to business.facebook.com (Meta Business Suite)
Click the gear icon (Settings) in the bottom left
Go to Users → System Users
If you don't have a system user yet, click Add to create one — name it something like "LeadHub Integration"
Click on the system user, then click Generate New Token
Select your business app (or create one if prompted — choose "Business" type when asked)
Select your Facebook Page from the list
Under permissions, make sure these two are checked:
- leads_retrieval
- pages_read_engagement
Click Generate Token
Copy the token immediately — it will not be shown again

Set up the webhook in Meta

Go to developers.facebook.com and open (or create) your app
In the left menu, go to Webhooks
Click Add Subscription → choose Page
Paste LeadHub's webhook URL (copy it from your Integrations page in LeadHub) into the Callback URL field
Paste LeadHub's Verify Token (also from your Integrations page) into the Verify Token field
Click Verify and Save
Once verified, find leadgen in the list of webhook fields and click Subscribe

Connect in LeadHub

Go back to LeadHub → Settings → Integrations
Paste your Page ID and Page Access Token from Steps 1–2
Click Save & Connect
You should see a green "Connected" status

Test it

Run a Lead Ad campaign on your Page (even a small test budget works)
Once someone submits the lead form, check LeadHub → Contacts
The lead should appear automatically within a minute, tagged "Meta Ads"

Troubleshooting

"Webhook verification failed"

Double check you copied the Verify Token exactly, with no extra spaces.

"Leads aren't appearing"

Confirm you subscribed to the leadgen field specifically in Step 3, not just the Page subscription itself.

"Token expired"

Page Access Tokens from system users are usually long-lived, but if leads stop appearing after working before, generate a new token and reconnect in LeadHub.
